Book Club – The Day the Crayon’s Quit by Drew Daywalt

This month’s book club recommendation is The Day the Crayon’s Quit by Drew Daywalt, illustrated by Oliver Jeffers.

This super humorous and creatively told story is about a box of crayons and the various reasons that each color quits.  The crayons’ reasons for quitting inspire their owner to create one of his best drawings yet!  This is a story that not only children will enjoy and giggle about but also the adults who read along with their child.
