The Duct Tape Crayon Pouch

What you need:

  1. A gallon size Ziploc bag (or quart size for a smaller pouch)
  2. Decorative Duct Tape
  3. Ruler
  4. Sharpie
  5. Scissors (OR X-acto knives and self-healing cutting mat)

Directions:

  1. Using a ruler and a sharpie marker, draw a line across the bag 4 inches from the bottom.
  2. Using scissors (or X-acto knife and cutting mat) cut off the bottom 4 inches of the bag. (If using the quart size, cut off about 2 inches).
  3. Cut duct tape slightly longer than the bag and wrap the extra tape around the edges and bottom of the bag.
  4. Slightly overlap the tap about an 1/8 of an inch.
  5. Flip the bag over and layer the tape on the opposite side, wrapping the extra tape around the edges and bottom of the bag.

Optional:

When you finish you may use another color of duct tape to create a border around the edges.
